The wizard can be completed without an account, and no personal data is collected. Responses (business and product-related data) are stored for statistical purposes. A technical cookie allows you to resume your project from the same browser for up to 30 days.

At each step, you may submit a question to the site’s expert. Questions and answers are stored alongside your project. Please do not include any personal data in your questions.

By registering, you provide your name, email address, and—optionally—your company, job title, and phone number. This data is retained for 24 months from your last login, after which it is deleted; the projects remain, but in an anonymized form.

From your personal area, you can download your data or delete your account at any time.
